WWE Smackdown Spoilers for 7/9/10 with Jack Swagger, Big Show, and a Big Return

News, Spoilers, Top Story

Here’s what’s on tap.

LayCool defeat Kelly Kelly and Tiffany.

The heels will now need their comeuppance as the feud goes on.

Drew McIntyre returns and begs Teddy Long for his job back. Long says if Drew can beat Kofi Kingston, then Drew is in Money in the Bank.

Why exactly would he get this opportunity? It makes no sense and is part of why I won’t watch Smackdown anymore.

MVP defeats Dolph Ziggler and Chavo Guerrero after heel miscommunication. Post-match, Ziggler puts MVP to sleep.

MVP vs. Ziggler makes sense, but what happened to Christian/Ziggler?

Vance Archer and Curt Hawkins defeat Matt Hardy and Christian when Christian left Hardy, making it a handicap match.

Christian somehow just turned even more face to me.

Drew McIntyre defeats Kofi Kingston to get in MITB in a great match.

I miss the days when we got a blow away match every week on Smackdown.

The Straight Edge Society all argue in the ring.

With Punk out for awhile with an injury, they can’t break up yet!

Cody Rhodes defeats JTG.

At least he stays over. Hopefully, some quick mic time will be included.

Big Show cuts a promo, then goes to a no-contest count out with Jack Swagger.

I think Will Pruett is right about how WWE treats former champions.

Jack Swagger promises Kane an alibi for the attack on The Undertaker to end the show.

If they aren’t careful, Kane will be the only option left, and no one wants to see that again.
