They missed out on Bosh and Wade but scooped up Boozer to help the young kids.
The deal is reportedly a 5-year $80 million deal with no options that will lock Boozer to the Bulls through the 2014-15 season.
Boozer average 19 points and 11 rebounds last year with the Jazz and has averaged 18 and 10 over his career.
Boozer orginally played witht he Cavs before bolting for the Jazz in 2004.
