Hulk Hogan was said to not be at Victory Road due to his recent back surgery, but Eric Bischoff didn’t come to the show to send Dixie Carter a message about the recent Paul Heyman hiring intentions. Some backstage feel that Hulk Hogan is doing the same. Both men’s contracts are believed to be up at the end of 2010.
