Bleedingcool is reporting that Iron Man is the next title set for a renumbering to classic and big numbers, and apparently January marks the big 500!
I had no idea that Iron Man was that far behind Captain America, I mean, Thor I was well aware of because of Journey into Mystery, but I for some reason always assumed Captain America and Iron Man launched closer together.
Personally I’m a fan of this idea, as I do like big numbers on my books. They indicate the rich history in the books just by saying “Hey, I’ve been around for a while” with a big number. Though I do understand how they could scare off some fans.
