After a few months of speculation, we finally know the date and time of the second fight between Georges St. Pierre and Josh Koscheck: the two will meet for the UFC welterweight championship on December 11 at UFC 123, MMAWeekly reports. The Ultimate Fighter finale is currently scheduled for December 4th and the coaches have traditionally fought on the pay-per-view the following weekend.
This announcement was revealed late last night via Koscheck’s Official Twitter account:
“Can’t wait until tuf 12 airs in Sept! & oh ya did u guys know, that I am going to be the next welterweight champion come dec 11th. :))))))”
The remaining piece to the puzzle is the exact location of the fight and it is possible that Las Vegas would be hosting a second PPV within the same month.
