In a video interview by CBR, Dan Didio indicated the following about “franchising Batman” story-wise:
Many people have asked [me that] when Bruce Wayne returns, who will be Batman. And the answer is… more than one. We’re going to see something interesting things in the Batman line and the Batman characters as the year goes on.
Hmmm. The “Inc.” part of Batman Inc. seems to be making more sense now.
