NBA News: Chicago Bulls Ready To Sign Tracy McGrady

News

The team reportedly will work out McGrady today and make a final decision.

The Bulls are reportedly ready to offer McGrady a contract if he proves he is healthy and is willing to accept a role coming off the bench.

McGrady was limited to 30 games last season in his recovery from microfracture surgery on his left knee. He averaged 9 points, 4 assists and 26 minutes for the Knicks, who acquired McGrady from Houston in a three-way deal in February.

McGrady has said money won’t be a factor in where he signs after he made $23 million last season for those 30 games.
