The Cavs and Wolves continue their summers of change.
The Cavs sent Delonte West and Sebastian Telfair to the Timberwolves for Ramon Sessions, Ryan Hollins, and a second round draft pick.
Sessions and Hollins both signed with the Timberwolves before last season as part of a new rebuilding project. But the Timberwolves signed Luke Ridnour and Darko Milicic, making both of them expendable.
It’s the first major personnel from the Cavs since Lebron James signed with the Miami Heat.
