Joss Whedon's Astonishing X-Men Motion Comic To Be Released On DVD

News

Joss Whedon and John Cassaday’s Astonishing X-Men has been called one of the best runs in years with the characters, and it’s true. They did some simply amazing things with the X-Men during their short (well, in length of issues, not in delays) time on the book. Then earlier this year, during the beginning of their motion comic kick, Marvel had the first six issues, an arc called Gifted, given the motion comic treatment and then released on iTunes.

Well, maybe some people didn’t get it on iTunes. Maybe there are people who wanted the full package all at once, like waiting for the trade. But how do you wait for the trade with a motion comic?

You wait for the DVD, a wait that ends on September 28, 2010. The cost? $14.97.
