Now, the trailers for the new season of Smallville show us pretty clearly that Hawkman is returning to beat more people with a mace, but who is Hawkman without his Hawkgirl? Sahar Biniaz, a former beauty pageant contestant, will be playing Shayera, Carter Hall’s love/wife. This doesn’t surprise me that much, as aside from JLU there’s really nowhere to look and just find one of the Hawk’s in action. They work best as a duo.
Bradley Stryker, of Stargate Universe fame, has been tapped to play DC’s gun totting assassin Floyd Lawton, best known as Deadshot.
