The lightning quick RB will finally join the team.

The two sides agreed to a 5-year, $25 million contract that could rise to $37.5 million if escaltors are reached. The deal also includes $20.8 million in guaranteed money.

Spiller is expected to be a change of pace back for the Bills this season. The Bills already have Fred Jackson and Marshawn Lynch in the backfield, so the addition of Spiller gives them even more options.

Russell Okung is now the only first round draft pick that has yet to sign a contract.
