The Blue Tilly replaced the Blue Meenie in the weird faux-BWO and he is Florida Independent worker Tilly.
Joey Styles still works for the WWE running their website and could obviously not work for TNA. Paul Heyman was not a fan of yet another ECW Tribute show and chose not to attend the show.
Neither Terry Funk nor Tod Gordon, both hugely important to the original ECW were at the show.
