Vazquez outboxed Kim over 12 rounds, handling the South Korean’s pressure with ease.
The fight was the main event of Top Rank Live and was broadcast on the Fox Sports Network.
On the undercard, Miguel Garcia scored an 11th round KO of Cornelius Lock. Lock was also put down in the third round.
