Balmer had left the 49ers camp with an explanation last week.
The Seahawks will send a 6th round pick to the 49ers for the third year defensive lineman. Balmer is expected to compete with Red Bryant for playing time at DE and may slide inside and play some defensive tackle for the Seahawks.
After Balmer left last week the team sent him a letter saying he had 5 days to return to camp, Monday was the deadline and Balmer had agreed to be back at camp.
