The team of Thor, Spider-Man, Spider-Woman, Hawkeye, and Maria Hill are joined by Killraven and his dinosaur in Central Park in the present, however the dinosaur explodes and quickly they are in Killraven’s War of the Worlds inspired future complete with Tripods…which Thor goes to smash. Spidey does not remember Killraven very clearly as it was years ago to him but only weeks to Killraven…time travel.
Killraven tells them how he keeps getting shuffled to different times with no end in sight and how it’s taking his sanity from him. Time is warping before their very eyes.
And then Thor sees the city from up high. A World War I bi-plane, dinosaurs, zepplins, future aircraft, the Sentry’s Watchtower…oh, and Galactus. Galactus is there too.
