Dave Herman forced off Shark Fights 13

News

Dave Herman has been forced off Shark Fights debut PPV due to a legal dispute between him and Bellator. Herman once fought for Bellator and is suing them for breah of contract and interfering in his attempts to secure employment away from the fight organization. Bellator have responded by counter-suing Herman for breach contract, recently adding Shark Fights as a third party in the lawsuit. Bellator had told Shark Fights that they would be removed as a third party if they removed Herman from the event. It was expected that if Bellator failed to compile that Bellator would seek an injunction to stop Herman fighting on the September 11th event. Herman was due to face Aaron Rosa; Rosa will now face IFL veteran Devin Cole.
