Rogers won’t be suspended, just fined.
Rogers will be fined around $300,000 for a gun charge stemming from a situation where he tried to walk through an airport with a hand gun.
Rogers entered a diversion program last month to avoid trial on the airport weapons charge. The terms of the program will get the charges dropped if he completes the program which includes 40 hours of community service and 10 hours of gun classes as well as forfeiting the weapon.
