The deal ensures Bradley will coach the US in the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
U.S. Soccer announced the new deal on Monday, fincial terms we not disclosed. The deal keeps Bradley in the US and ends any speculation that Bradley was looking to move to coaching in Europe.
“Bob is honored to be the U.S. coach,” said Bradley’s agent. “It’s a job he enjoys very much, and he’s very happy.”
The Americans also had an exhibition against Brazil earlier this month and will play two more in October.
