The Kingpin used ancient magic scrolls from the Hand to summon the Ghost Rider, the magic being in such a way that Fisk finds himself protected while Ghost Rider finds himself seeking to destroy the source of the magic. This will put him on a direct collision course with Daredevil.
And, of course, Fisk is going to be there to pick up the pieces and rebuild his empire after.
