NFL News: Dallas Cowboys OT Marc Colombo Likely Out Week 1

Colombo is still recovering from preseason knee surgery.

Colombo had arthroscopic surgery on Aug. 16 to remove five loose particles from his right knee. The Cowboys orginally thought he would be out only 10-14 days and fully expected him to play this weekend.

The team is hopefull Colombo will be able to practice next week and play in the home opener against the Chicago Bears.

The Cowboys will also be without Kyle Kosier who is still recovering from a sprained MCL. Montrae Holland and Alex Barron will start in place of Kosier and Colombo.
