Here are some screenshots of the latest DLC pack for Borderlands, “Claptrap’s New Robot Revolution”. There is no date set for it. However, the DLC will be included in the Borderlands: Game of the Year Edition, which is due to release on October 12, so one would imagine it will be available around then.
