Sandman, Mr. Negative, Diablo (seriously?), Shocker, Hippo (I’m guessing, I mean, he looks like a Hippo), Hammerhead, Electro, Morbius, Spot, Looter, Mysterio, Vermin, Molten Man (unless Spidey has other big gold villains), and Tombstone all appear in some capacity either taking orders or hearing a pitch from one man.
