The Jets are looking for bodies to fill in for injured DT Kris Jenkins who is out for the season.
The Jets and Green agreed to a two-year contract to bring Green back to the Meadowlands. Green played in 12 games for the Jets last season registering 16 tackles.
Green is a big body capable of taking up blockers, he is listed at 6’2″ 365 pounds.
After the injury to Kris Jenkins, the Jets were left with only 4 veteran defensive lineman including former linebacker Vernon Gholston.
