Fifteen years ago the King’s were sitting on a beach when a woman walked up to them with a baby and a crab like chest….a woman who looked like Mera, though it’s black and white so the hair could be any color. She told the Kings that the babys parents were not fit to raise him, and she asked them to do it. That one day he would save the world from a war between land and sea. She also said that she would eventually return to retrieve him when the time was right.
That’s why they moved to New Mexico, to get away from the oceans and the chances of losing him.
And yes, Manta is his father. Not news, but always important to add. Also, apparently Siren is not his mother, which for some reason makes me think Mera is. Though apparently Siren made Jackson like her, so it is confusing.
