We may be taped this week, but it is still TIME…TO GET RAW!

We open with a review of what the Miz did to Daniel Bryan last week!

Explosions rock Indianaopolis for the second week in a row. We have Randy Orton v. Chris Jericho tonight in the main event. But first, it’s time to be AWESOME! The Miz and Alex Riley mentioned that Daniel Bryan issued a challenge to them in a tag team match.

The Miz & Alex Riley v. Daniel Bryan & John Morrison

Bryan takes it to Alex Riley from the get go. Cover gets two following some kicks. Tag to Morrison and Riley gets some offense in. Textbook dropkick for two and here comes Morrison in the corner. Riley gets caught, but still manages to hang Morrison on the ropes. Tag to the Miz and Morrison gets caught in the wrong corner. Riley is effective on the outside and the Miz continues to out-do Morrison. Tag back to Riley and Morrison continues to get beat down. Sit-down scoop slam connects for a close two count. He dispatches Bryan and they double team Morrison. Tag to Miz and Morrison eats the corner clothesline. Knee to the back and Miz torques it. Morrison starts his comeback and he gets a snapmare. Miz blocks the tag attempt twice, but Morrison kicks him away and here comes Bryan! The Miz eats a suplex and a dropkick in the corner for two. LaBell lock countered and the Miz sends him into Morrison. Skull Crushing Finale finishes.

Winners: Alex Riley & The Miz
Grade: B-

The Miz thinks of something devious and he proceeds to attack Bryan. Morrison takes the Miz out of the ring and Bryan takes both of them out! It’s a three way brawl outside the ring! The RAW GMail chimes in and Michael Cole is disgusted with this. The GM books Daniel Bryan v. The Miz v. John Morrison this Sunday in a Submissions Count Anywhere match!

The Divas walk towards the ring.

Diva’s Battle Royal

LayCool is on commentary and from the get go this is already disjointed. Melina is first out. Tamina and Gail Kim fight near the edge, but Gail gets hung on the ropes and taken out. Eve takes the charge and she eliminates Tamina with a headscissors counter. Layla and Michelle need to shut up. The Bells rub hips on their opponents and they end up eliminating themselves. Maryse is gone and so is Eve. Alicia, Natalya, and Jillian remain and Natalya is being ganged on. Double suplex on her and they go to eliminate her, but she holds on. Jillian gets eliminated and Alicia goes after Natalya again. Natalya holds on and she eliminates Alicia.

Winner: Natalya
Grade: FTS

Edge will star on the Cutting Edge with the RAW GM tonight.

Last week, R-Truth and Eve Torres beat Ted DiBiase and Maryse and Maryse gets a secret stalker.

Maryse and Ted DiBiase bicker in the dressing room and an envelope gets slipped under the door. Maryse opens it and it’s a letter from the stalker.

Sheamus makes his way down the ramp. Sheamus talks about some Irish tale. Sheamus knows he’ll beat Randy because he ended Triple H’s career. He issues an open challenge and…we take another commercial.

Sheamus is mad because no one has the guts to take him on. Whoops, the Great Khali makes his way out to accept and while that happens, Michael Cole name drops Mick Foley and his new book Countdown to Lockdown. Somewhere, Vince McMahon is screaming in Michael Cole’s ear.

Sheamus v. The Great Khali

Well, Khali gets offense for a minute until Sheamus forgets to sell for the giant and he proceeds to attack Khali with everything except the kitchen sink. Needless to say, there’s your DQ.

Khali shoves Sheamus against the ring post, but Sheamus no-sells and hits the Pump Kick twice to Khali.

The Cutting Edge

Edge is out and he’s going to interview the RAW GMail. So now the RAW GMail uses Autotune, nice. The RAW GM continues to autotune its way to where Edge is suddenly arguing with a computer. The GMail says that Jericho is bluffing and he knows Edge has an opponent for Edge. Check your watches. 9:50pm EST. Yup…back to the 10PM slot for Mr. Cena.

Edge v. John Cena

Edge begins taking it to Cena to the corner. Cena goes for the STF, but Edge sends Cena out of the ring. Cena gets to the apron and he eats a baseball slide. The fight spills to the outside where Cena gets whipped into the stairs. Back inside the ring, Edge scores a two count. A.A. try and Edge counters with the Edgucator for two. Edge beats on Cena in the ropes. HERE COMES CENA! Shoulder tackle! Another one misses as Edge smartens up. Cover gets two. Pillar to post we go and Cena is in trouble. Suplex countered by Cena to buy himself some time. A.A. attempt, but Edge counters this time with the Edgucution! Two count only. Cena comes back with a bulldog! To the top we go and Cena looks for the super A.A., but Edge slips off. Edge avoids the corner charge and he spears Cena! Edge covers Cena for the three, with Cena’s leg under the ropes. The RAW GMail negates the win and the match is restarted. Edge is pissed off and he beats on Cena before getting restrained. Spear attempt on the restart, countered to the STF…and Cena reapplies the move further away and Edge taps out.

Winner: John Cena
Grade: C (Can we end the GMail/Edge feud already?)

Edge is pissed off and he goes for the laptop. The GMail tells Edge that he lost fair and square and to walk away. Edge pushes the laptop off and breaks it in two before going Sandman with it, busting his head open. Ladies and gentlemen, Edge has officially lost his mind.

The Nexus (Heath Slater & Justin Gabriel) v. Evan “Air” Bourne & Mark Henry

Slater takes it to Bourne from the get go before tagging in Gabriel. Cover gets two and tags back Slater, who also covers for two. Bourne gets a comeback attempt and he evades Slater’s charge. Tag to Gabriel and Mark Henry and here comes the big man. Henry is a one man wrecking crew and he tags in Bourne. AirBourne attempt and Slater takes out Henry. Gabriel gets Bourne set up for the 450, but he misses! Bourne goes to the top and he connects with AirBourne. Cover and Slater pushes Gabriel over top of Bourne and the Nexus steals one!

Winners: The Nexus
Grade: C-

The Nexus takes out Mark Henry and they focus on Evan Bourne before dismantling him. Wade Barrett asks for a microphone and he vows to make John Cena property of Nexus. He says that John Cena will take the Nexus to the very top of the company. The Nexus intends to invade SmackDown this Friday on SyFy.

The Hart Dynasty v. “Dashing” Cody Rhodes & Drew McIntyre

The WWE Tag Team Championships are on the line tonight. Kidd and Rhodes lock up and they jockey for position. Schoolboy gets two for Kidd and Rhodes connects with the Beautiful Disaster kick before tagging in Drew McIntyre. McIntyre continues the offense before tagging back Rhodes. Tag back to McIntyre and he levels Kidd for a two count. Kidd connects with an enzugiri and we get tags all around. Smith takes Rhodes down and he looks unstoppable. Smith looks for a powerslam, but gets a modified Angle slam for two. Hart Attack blocked by Drew McIntyre and Rhodes connects with the CrossRhodes for the win.

Winners: Drew McIntyre & “Dashing” Cody Rhodes
Grade: C

Kidd and Smith argue on the outside of the ring and Smith blows them off.

The main event…is NEXT!

R-Truth gives Cena some good luck. John Cena has an interesting idea and it seems that they will come to SmackDown to intercept the Nexus.

Chris Jericho v. Randy Orton

Before the match, Chris Jericho vows to us that he will win tonight and win the WWE Championship. He gives his props to Orton and that Jericho will be the “Viper Killer”. Jericho rattles on a list of superstars he beat and we fade to a commercial.

Chris Jericho continues to rant on everyone he beat. He’s finally interrupted by Randy Orton. The match begins with Jericho taking it to Orton. Pillar to post and Orton EXPLODES with a lariat and he takes back control. Orton continues the control with an uppercut in the corner. Jericho responds with a slap to the jaw and here comes Jericho. Back and forth we go and Orton sends Jericho to the ropes. Out goes Jericho and Orton looks to strike. Jericho reverses and Orton is sent to the retaining wall. Break time.

Commercials.

We’re back and Orton is dishing the Garvin stomp on Jericho. Sheamus comes out to watch Orton lay waste to Jericho. Jericho gets an enzugiri and covers for one. He catapults Orton to the bottom rope. He chokes away at Orton at the ropes, but misses the rope attack. Here comes Orton and Jericho eats ring post. RKO attempt, but Jericho counters to a backslide for two. Dropkick to Orton gets two as well and Jericho applies a headlock. Here comes Orton and he runs into a dropkick! Cover gets two for Jericho. Jericho drops a knee and we get another Mick Foley mention! Headlock applied and Orton tries to get back up. Backdrop by Orton! Here comes Orton and we get a snap powerslam! Pillar to post we go again and Jericho stops the charge. Bulldog connects and the Lionsault dows not. 3.0 Backbreaker connects! RKO is countered! Lionsault connects and Orton kicks out at two! Jericho kicks Orton to the outside. Springboard…MISSES! Hangman DDT…COUNTERED TO THE WALLS! Jericho pulls Orton away from the ropes and he slithers “like a snake” out and this time, Orton gets the Hangman DDT! He coils up…here comes Sheamus! The match is over!

Result: No Contest
Grade: B

Orton lines up…Jericho interrupts the Punt with a Codebreaker! Jericho picks up a chair and he looks to do some more damage to Orton. Orton ducks the chair shot! RKO TO JERICHO! Orton lines up for the Concussion Kick. HE CONNECTS! Sheamus looks on in disbelief. Orton stares down at Sheamus as the trainers and EMT’s tend to Jericho.
