A brief interlude shows us Lantern Salaak on Oa noticing that Hal’s ring hasn’t logged any arrests or confrontations since the conclusion of Blackest Night. Other Lantern’s mention that maybe Hal is taking some R&R, as humans are known to do, but Salaak doesn’t believe so. He suspects that either Hal’s ring is malfunctioning, or that he doesn’t want the Guardians to know what he’s doing.
