Alberto del Rio was ready to quit WWE because he wasn’t making enough money before he was brought on the road, at which point he shocked everyone with his heel persona. As a face, he was drawing mediocre to bad reviews and seemed bland, and he has particularly shocked those in developmental who didn’t think he’d make it. His heel persona, mannerisms and promos have impressed everyone thus far. The plan was, but might have changed, for him to induct Mil Mascaras, his uncle, into the WWE Hall of Fame this year.
