The 2010 Scream Awards played host to the debut of the first teaser trailer for Scream 4, which David Arquette introduced as Scream 4: Return to Woodsboro. (Makes sense, the film’s title is in the name of the awards presentation.) Stars of the original and Wes Craven return to reek havoc on the Woodsboro community in the fourth installment of the popular franchise, which last release was ten years ago.
The awards broadcast doesn’t air until Tuesday, October 19th on SpikeTV, but you can watch it now!
