Fox Sets Premiere Date for Shawn Ryan’s The Chicago Code

Fox has announced the premiere date for the much-anticipated cop drama from Shield creator Shawn Ryan. The Chicago Code (formerly known as Ride-Along) will have its premiere on Monday, February 7, the night after Fox broadcasts the Super Bowl. You can bet that Fox will be plugging this show ad nauseum during the telecast.

The Chicago Code stars Jason Clarke (Public Enemies) and Jennifer Beals (Flashdance, The L Word) and centers on the city of Chicago’s most powerful and respected cops as they navigate the city’s underbelly to fight crime and expose corruption within Chicago’s notorious political machine.
