On this week’s episode of the The Ultimate Fighter, we all got to see an incredible meltdown from TUF 1 veteran and UFC welterweight contender Josh Koscheck. Koscheck, feeling provoked by GSP’s friend, Brad Tate, assaulted what he has already termed a “male nurse” and continued to come off like a huge, whiny bully. Spike’s team of editors, it appears, didn’t want us to know that, the ridiculously melodramatic Josh actually gave a truly heartfelt apology to said “male nurse,” Brad Tate.
Reminder: Kos was the one who started in on Tate to begin with and the Armenian dudes were the ones who started running their mouth at Tate. He responded to their mocking of his being a “male nurse” by bagging on their accents. Who knows how much is true or is really just Spike trying to cut it up to make Kos the obvious villain, but I sorta wish that we had been able to see Kos’ team being poor sports just like he is/was.
But, Tate’s dig about the phantom knee (during the episode) might be my favorite moment of the year. His face. Was. Priceless.
Georges St. Pierre, well played.
