Brother Voodoo….or Doctor Voodoo, the current Sorcerer Supreme, was killed saving everything and every one. Fighting Agamotto for the fate of everything, Voodoo cast him out for all time which then led to an giant explosion from the eye itself, which kills Voodoo while saving the world. The eye itself is gone, as is the Sorcerer Supreme.
Though now Voodoo’s brother, Daniel (the ghost) is now an angry possessive spirit that is swearing vengeance on Dr. Strange. So there is that.
