After a monstrous battle with Captain Atom, one in which the good atomic Captain did a lot more surrendering and begging for the lives of innocents than fighting, Atom got the upper hand on his foe….Magog! Well, upper hand isn’t the right phrase, more like he bit the bullet and just started mass absorbing nasty radiation and moving closer until Magog’s armor was destroyed, his teeth and hair were falling out, and he looked like a broken man.
And then Max Lord showed up and made him blow his own head off.
