At WEC 52, Urijah Faber Once Again Delivers Strong Ratings on Versus

News

In his last-ever appearance for the organization Urijah Faber proved that he’s still a bona fide vatings draw with WEC 52 being the second most watch WEC show of the year, with only UFC 46 (where he fought in the co-main event) outperforming last Thursday’s Versus broadcast. Watched by an average of 570,000 the event earned Versus a 0.57 rating, which rose to 0.79 in Makes 18-49. This was a significant improvement on the viewing figures for WEC 51, which themselves showed an improvement on disappointing ratings for WEC 50 and WEC 49. The confirmation of Faber’s strong connection with the viewing public, will only strengthen his case for an early title shot at 135Ibs.
