WWE All Stars Video Game: How did Randy Savage, Hulk Hogan and Ultimate Warrior get in?

Randy Savage being in the WWE All Stars Video game was THQ’s call, as they make roster decisions. WWE’s Vince McMahon, however, has to approve the roster, and he did with all three included. Here’s the press on the game:
