Carlos Condit out of UFC 127, Chris Lytle to Face Brian Ebersole

News

Yesterday, former WEC champ Carlos Condit had to withdraw from his pending matchup with Chris Lytle at UFC 127 in Sydney. Luckily, UFC were able to find a replacement in an American expat who is now based out of Australia, Brian Ebersole. Ebersole comes into the fight with a 44-15 career record and is riding high on a seven fight win streak.

UFC 127 takes place February 27th at Acer Arena in Sydney, Australia, but airs live in the U.S. on Saturday, February 26th in their normal Saturday night time slot of 10 PM (due to time zone differences).

The main event of UFC 127 features former UFC Lightweight champion B.J. Penn facing off against Jon Fitch in a welterweight bout.
