NBA: Carmelo Anthony To The Knicks Done

News, Top Story

The Carmelo drama is done. ESPN New York is reporting that Carmelo is heading to the Knicks with a 3-year, $65 million extension.

Denver Gets: Wilson Chandler, Raymond Felton, Danilo Gallinari, Timofey Mozgov, the Knicks’ 2014 first-round draft pick, the Warriors’ 2012 second-round pick, the Warriors’ 2013 second-round pick and $3 million in cash

New York Gets: Chauncey Billups, Shelden Williams, Anthony Carter, and obviously Carmelo Anthony.

Sadly, Golden State was involved in this trade and the Knicks didn’t get Stephen Curry. Which means the best case scenario for the Knicks is Chris Paul, Carmelo, Amar’e, and a mish-mash in 2012.
