Bucky, after he, Steve Rogers, Falcon, Sharon Carter and Black Widow stop Sin’s attempt on the Statue of Liberty, returns to trial and changes his plea to guilty because he has to be responsible, even though the actions weren’t his fault. The judge accepts this plea and gives him twenty years, but commutes that to time served. Bucky is then interrupted by a Russian who is attempting to arrest him for crimes against the state when he was Winter Soldier.
Glazer’s Take: While I enjoyed the issue, I’m really ready for Bucky stories to be about the present, not just dealing with the sins of his past. Am I alone in that?
