Consider this a rumor at this point, but apparently director Jonathan Liebsman (Battle: Los Angeles and the upcoming Wrath of the Titans) revealed in an interview that Christopher Nolan is currently converting Inception into 3D. As it remains right now, the conversion would be for a future 3D Blu-ray release, not a theatrical re-release.
Since there has been no formal information from Warner Bros. regarding a street date or release details, this release is just speculation.
Knowing Nolan never does anything half-assed, if I were a betting man I would bet on a three-dimensional Inception coming after the theatrical release of The Dark Knight Rises. Don’t expect another Clash of the Titans hack job.
