Comeback Player Of The Year Michael Vick has signed his franchise tender with Eagles, giving the Eagles exclusive rights to negotiate with him until the CBA expires. Vick, who made $5.25 million last year in his contract with the Eagles stands to make nearly $20 million next season when the top 5 quarterback salaries are averaged together.
