Last evening’s “UFC on Versus 3: Sanchez vs. Kampmann” drew an overall live gate of $471,450 with an attendance of 8,319 according to an announcement from a UFC spokesperson at the event’s post-fight press conference.
“UFC on Versus 3” marked the organization’s first foray into Kentucky and took place at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville. The event was headlined by a brutal slugfest between welterweights Martin Kampmann and Diego Sanchez.
The numbers announced for the event aren’t final, but once the final stats are released, the event could go down as the best-attended UFC event on Versus to date. T
