The first time the Future Foundation goes out to do something superhero like is when they go to stop A.I.M. soldiers from breaching a facility called P.A.V.L.O.V. However, the team arrives too late and are just in time to see Bentley Whitman given back his helmet and then escape with some of those who rescued him.
