At Wonder Con today, during the X-Men panel, they announced a new Wolverine series coming this summer. Titled Wolverine: The Fifth Quarter, it will feature art by Tim Seely (Hack/Slash, Ant-Man and The Wasp) while being written by….Chef Chris Cosentino of Iron Chef America.
…..what? I’m sorry, am I reading this right? I went from not being surprised that they brought in someone from the land of TV to being incredibly surprised that they went with an EXECUTIVE CHEF! He’s not even a regular Iron Chef from the show, he’s an executive producer who has gone on the show to duel Mario Batali.
I’m talking about the Food Network while discussing a Wolverine series. I’m doing so without going off topic.
