The Ultimate Fighter 13 To Debut On UK Television Tonight

News

Its been a nerve wracking weight for British fight fans but the UFC announced yesterday that ESPN, their primary broadcast partner in the UK, has picked up the rights to show the current season of The Ultimate Fighter. British fans will get to see the first two episodes of Team Lesnar vs. Team Dos Santos starting from 10pm tonight on the premium sports station. This does however appear to be a setback for the UFC that has previously tried to avoid including the first-run showings of The Ultimate Fighter in its deal with ESPN, hoping instead to use the rights to build links with bigger broadcasters such as the network Five and the dominant pay sports broadcaster Sky Sports.
