Strikeforce: Diaz vs. Daley continues Strikeforce’s strong ratings performance this year with the event averaging 526,000 viewers for the entire broadcast, peaking with 806,000 viewers watching the welterweight title fight between Nick Diaz and Paul Daley. Interestingly despite the stacked card this was slightly less than the numbers pulled by the last event to be headlined by a Diaz title fight, with Diaz vs. Cyborg averaging 561,000 viewers. In all likelihood the slight fall is testament to the drawing power of Herschel Walker who was in a featured contest on the January show.
