According to the Connecticut Post, Josue Rivera, known to fans by his pen name of Justiniano, has been arrested for first degree possession of child pornography.
An employee at the Luz de Paz funeral home reported Rivera on July 16th, after Rivera gave him a thumb drive of images of a deceased person to be displayed during their funeral, but instead the drive had thirty-three images of child pornography, including an image that police said may be his niece.
Police seized his computer where they discovered a hundred and fifty other images, as well as three movies. Police have confirmed that there are thirty-five different children in the pictures.
Rivera was arrested today.
