Really? The Dale Eaglesham variant for Alpha Flight #1 has an upside down Canadian Flag on the cover? And the artist is Canadian. Wha….???
Is this a deliberate insult that is story-based or this a screw up not caught by Marvel editorial? Either way, I imagine it will be recieved as a major insult to Canada.
I don’t recall the U.S. Flag being upside down in a comic (I can be proven wrong; Just send me a pic). But I do know of how seriously the U.S. government and Americans takes that in “real life“.
