Tuesday, Bellator Fighting Championships announced their very first foray into Canada on July 23rd with Bellator 47 from Casino Rama in Rama, Ontario, Canada.
Bellator 47 includes the semifinals of Bellator Featherweight Summer Series Tournament. Season two lightweight tournament winner Pat Curran, Nazareno Malegarie, Ronnie Mann, and Marlon Sandro are the semifinalists facing off at Bellator 47 for the right to face off at Bellator 48 in August.
Bellator 47 features Bellator featherweight champ Joe Warren taking on Season 4 featherweight tournament champion Patricio “Pitbull” Freire in the live main event broadcast on MTV2.
