Spoiler Warnings: How Did Emperor Aquaman Sink Europe In Flashpoint?

Spoilers

With the first issue of Emperor Aquaman comes the answer to one of my bigger questions. See, Aquaman is no slouch, but…he lacks the raw power needed to sink a continent. Superman lacks that kind of power, so how did Aquaman get so powerful that he could achieve such a task?

A mutual defense pact turned backstabbing, as Aquaman’s Geo-Pulse is revealed to us. Designed by Vulko, it’s an oversized bomb…with Brion “Geo-Force” Markov being used as an unwilling power source.

All he wanted was to save his people from potential war, but instead he became the weapon of their destruction. Poor Brion.
