Jake Shields and Jake Ellenberger Set for Fall Collision

News

After a decisive loss to UFC Welterweight champion Georges St. Pierre in April, Jake Shields appears to be on a collision course with up-and-comer Jake Ellenberger this Fall.

The fight is not yet confirmed by the UFC, but according to sources, both fighters have agreed to the matchup, which might happen at UFC 138 on November 19th. The bout could give Shields a “home field advantage” as there is a possibility that the fight would take place in San Jose, California, close to one hour so of where Shields trains (San Francisco).
