DC Comics Relaunch @ SDCC 2011: Didio Has ZERO, Nada, NO Plans For Wally West / Flash!

News

DC has no plans for Wally West so says DC Co-Publisher Dan Didio at SDCC 2011.

The company seemingly wants the Barry Allen Flash to be unique with his book exploring how someone thinks and moves at near the speed of light lives as part of the DC Comics Relaunch.

A fan got testy at the Thursday New 52 SDCC panel and wondered why DC has four Robins running around yet the multi-generational aspect of the Flash was what many liked about Barry, Wally, Jay, Bart and gang.

Didio cut discussion abruptly indicating that DC will be sticking with Barry Allen as Flash for a while.
